Weekend Wonders Part one
Monday, March 31, 2014It's a rare occasion these days that I would have some free time over the weekend. Sad, I know but hey my hard work is paying off.
Last week I got an invite from WWF (not wrestling, just to clear things up), to attend their Earth hour even at South Bank Centre. I was super excited and RSVP straight away. I mean, when do you ever get a chance to whiteness the Big Ben turn of its lights for Earth Hour in such a beautiful location?
The event was located on the 6th floor at the Weston Rood Pavilion, looking over the London eye and Big Ben. It was beautiful. To top the night off Sophie Ellis-Bextor was there to perform a few songs live.
I have never attended such event and glad I had the chance to, and for a great course to support Earth Hour.
