It's so nice to catch a short break and catch up with friends over some scrumptious food and the Wildflower Cafe was the perfect place to do just that. After our mid-point hand in for Uni me and Nicole decided to grab lunch and explore more places to eat in London. The best way to discover new places for me is looking on Instagram and soon we decided to try out the Wildflower cafe located on Chepstow Road.
I love their half restaurant half florist concept as they leave out fresh flowers throughout the cafe making the place warm and cosy filled with love. The food was scrumptious to say the least, with fresh ingredients and rich flavours as we had the steak melt and mac & cheese. The bread on the steak melt was a bit hard then expected, tho this was probably because we devoured the mac & cheese first and the steak melt after. Nonetheless both was still very delicious and we left feeling satisfied. Sadly after the main meals, we were too full to try their coffee or cakes, which gives me the perfect excuse to pop back again next time (not that I needed one).
If you're in the area or just feel like going to somewhere relaxing then I would recommend the Wildflower cafe. With their friendly staff, yummy food, warm, cosy atmosphere and beautiful flowers it is definitely a great place for catching up with friends!
Walking back to the station me and Nicole discovered this little lane with two houses andI just had to stop and take a photo…just look how cute the little elephant plant basket is!
Hope you enjoyed this post and sorry in advance if I made you hungry : )
Until next time,
