With only 9 days till Chinese New Year I thought it would  be appropriate to share with you my own dumpling recipe! Dumplings are a traditional dish eaten on Chinese New Year’s Eve,  with legend has it that the more dumplings you eat the more money you can make in the New Year! Not really sure if I believe that but hey, any excuse to stuff my little face with dumplings I will accept.
I started to make my own dumplings a couple of years ago when I purchased the book Every Grain Of Rice by Fuchsia Dunlop (which I highly recommend) and loved how easy it was to make! Since then I have adapted the recipe to my own taste and liking and now confident enough to share with you all. So let’s get cooking!
