Chinese New Year DIY!

Hello and HAPPY NEW YEAR.
I hope you have had an amazing start to the year so far and you’re already loving 2017! If you are having some holiday blues don’t worry as Chinese New Year is coming and I have a super easy DIY for you today to celebrate!
It is a tradition in Chinese culture to give out Red Envelopes ‘lai see’ during Chinese New Year.
These red envelopes contains some money inside and usually given to children or anyone who is unmarried yet. By giving out the red envelopes you are sending good wishes, luck and blessing to others for the new year.
So this year I have designed my very own red envelopes and I’m sharing with you how to make some for yourself too!
Let get crafty!

1// Print of the red, pink or blue envelope template found below
2// Cut, fold and glue (see photo)
3// Fill it up with money or chocolates for party favours!

TADA!
I told you it was super easy!

I hope you enjoy making this DIY and hope you have a lovely weekend!

Much Love,
